This was such a great idea. I have just recently stumbled upon your blog and have added it to my NetVibes page to keep track of.

I am doing some mission work in Mariupol, Ukraine right now which provides some great opportunities for pictures, but I do feel some what limited with my point and shoot. After getting tired of borrowing nicer cameras, I’ve finally decided to do the DSLR upgrade when I get back to the states.

Anyway…great picks and great idea with the recommendations.
